Returns & Exchanges

The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. We ask for unused products in their original packaging — locks with the adhesive backing intact, bag rolls unopened.

How It Works

1. Write to care@heartoftafiti.pages.dev with your order number and the reason.
2. We answer with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack it up, send it off, keep the receipt until the refund lands.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and clears inspection, the refund goes to your original payment method. Count on 5–7 business days from our receipt of the parcel.

Exchanges

Need the 6-pack instead of the 4-pack, or a different color of ear muffs? Say so in the first email — if the replacement is in stock, we set the swap up directly.

Damaged or Defective

A cracked cover, a latch that will not latch, a torn roll — photograph it within 7 days of delivery and send it over. We replace or refund at no cost to you, no return shipment needed for obvious cases.
